Case study: The Big Lottery Fund online consultation forum
The UK's biggest lottery distributor was launched with an IVCA Award winning webTV project, designed to encourage the public to debate the uses of lottery funding. The Online Consultation Forum included clips of recently funded projects and two TV studio debate shows that prompted viewers to participate in a discussion board and complete an online questionnaire. The initiative attracted more active participants than any of the Fund's previous consultation exercises.
