Case study: Driving Standards Agency (DSA) conferences
DSA employs 2,541 staff, of which some 1,889 are driving examiners. To help motivate them Twofour ran a series of ambitious conferences which incorporated live drama to help confront internal issues, supported by intensive workshops. The challenge for Twofour was to combine the pro-active components with the more formal elements of the event, which it achieved by developing the presentation techniques of the speakers. Twofour also produced a short video of the conferences for distribution within DSA.
