It may seem strange, but in the world of KPIs and PSAs where we are forever being picked up on targets and measures, we can all, from time to time forget what a really good job we are doing and how our work truly does make a positive difference. The Driving Standards Agency needed to reinforce the importance of its work to all employees and make them aware of the vital role that they all have in ensuring that our roads are some of the safest in the world. Twofour produced ‘My Daddy’, a simple, well executed idea which, when viewed at a senior management conference, delivered such an impact you could hear a pin drop.
