Twofour was commissioned by international consultancy, The Monitor Group, to film an extraordinary televised round table discussion, chaired by Sir David Frost. Muammar Gaddafi was joined by Anthony Giddens, author of The Third Way,formerly director of the LSE and now House of Lords and Benjamin Barber, author of best selling book Jihad vs McWorld, to discuss democracy in Libya and the implementation of democratic institutions and ideals in the country. Filmed in a desert studio on Friday 2 March Twofour also stage managed the two-hour event providing simultaneous translations for the 30 plus journalists attending. In addition, Twofour produced the short film screened at the session, which traced Libya's history from its colonial past through the present day.
