Twofour has been commissioned by SEAT UK to deliver regular online communications to its dealer network. The SEAT Online Forum, created using the Twofour Connect communications tool, is an online communications portal that allows dealer staff, spread throughout the UK, to receive business critical information in an engaging way by offering regular video based updates.
"Each update contains a number of 'bite-sized' bulletins from various departments, covering key information," explains Tanya Elliott, Twofour's Head of Brand Communications. "The video clips are accompanied by text, charts and graphics that synchronise with the video. Users can also share ideas, information and best practice through the discussion board and because users login to the site, the site highlights postings that have been added to the discussion board since their last visit - saving them the effort of searching the site for new information.
"Other features allow managers to administrate their own staff - adding, terminating or editing users as required. They can also target information to specific staff, perhaps allowing sales staff to view the broadcasts but not participate in the discussion board. Everything on Twofour Connect is 'reportable'. Administrators can access reports on who has watched what and when they watched it. Users can be filtered by business area other filters to allow reports on what types of staff are viewing certain types of information."
The SEAT UK online forum is completely secure and can be accessed at any time and from any location with an Internet connection. The Twofour Connect portal allows SEAT UK to ensure that staff always have the latest information as soon as they need it - as soon as information changes it can be updated online (no more mass mailings, or recalls of CDs/booklets).
