In September 2010 new GCSE Maths specifications will bring radical changes to the way the subject is taught. The most significant developments are the introduction of Functional Maths, and a greater emphasis on problem solving and applying mathematics.

As the UK's largest GCSE awarding body, AQA is keen to make sure teachers and students get the most out of this new era in Maths teaching. Twofour is working with AQA to develop a rich, high impact resource that helps AQA "stake its claim" on the new Maths GCSE and reflects a fresh and positive new approach to mathematics specifications, a key part of which involves helping teachers make the subject more exciting.
