Twofour has been working with Volkswagen since 2003 and currently runs a number of communication channels for this iconic brand. At the heart of the Twofour offer is the Business Forum website, a secure online information portal aimed at the franchised Retailer network featuring regular broadcasts from key staff within Volkswagen. The channel also features product and market information as well as interactive discussion areas that allow users to contribute to strategy and share best practice. Business Forum offers extensive reporting facilities and metrics. VTV is a customer-facing channel delivered through TV screens in each of the 250 UK Retailers; screens in different zones offer targeted content which is controlled and distributed from a central point. E-news is a monthly emailed newsletter featuring the latest news stories used to point viewers to the relevant channel for more information. Twofour also work with key executives on their messaging and content for internal events and business meetings, ensuring that information is cascaded across all the right channels at the right time
