Case study: Kellogg's

For two years Twofour has produced the Kellogg's annual conference, looking at the future of the business, for key management staff around Europe. The webcast event involved 500 Kellogg's employees at thirteen sites who were able to watch the live feed of the conference simultaneously. The webcast, from Kellogg's European HQ in Dublin, was also archived for future viewing.

As well as managing all the technical aspects of the event Twofour was responsible, editorially, for structuring the event's content and messages. It rehearsed all the presenters involved, providing presentation advice and guidance on how to get a message across effectively.

The webcast also incorporated synchronised slides, video inserts, polling and live interactive questions. Twofour supplied its own webcasting equipment and a crew of experts to ensure the technology was correctly assembled and fully working. The crew remained on site throughout the duration of the webcast to run the equipment, maintain the feed and resolve any potential faults with the external internet connections
